Head Chef | CDC | Executive Chef – Lead Our Culinary Team We are looking for the right person—someone with the desire to lead a team and a true passion for food. We are open to candidates for the Head Chef, Chef de Cuisine (CDC), or Executive Chef role. This position requires a flexible schedule and the ability to lead and inspire a strong culinary team while maintaining the highest standards. The ideal candidate has a refined palate, a sharp eye for detail, and thrives under pressure—especially in banquets, private events, and on the hotline. Requirements Education: Culinary school graduate (preferred, not required) Skills & Qualities: Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent organizational abilities Knowledge of proper portioning Proactive, punctual, and a strong communicator Committed to our mission and culture Tech-savvy—proficient in Word, Excel, and Google Docs Experience: 2-5 years in an upscale casual or fine dining restaurant (REQUIRED) Experience managing and counting inventory Understanding of food and labor costs Ability to process and manage invoices If you're ready to lead, inspire, and create in a dynamic culinary environment, we want to hear from you!
